Requirements 

• 23 years of age or older
• Mountain-biking experience
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• English fluency
• Legally authorized to work in Italy

Desirable

• You know how to converse with others and want to make them happy
• You have a positive outlook on life and enjoy working hard
• You can be enthusiastic in a way that motivates others and makes them smile
• You know how to anticipate what people would like and need
• You are eager to grow and can offer and receive constructive feedback from others
• You take pride in a job well done, are prepared and punctual
• You speak other languages
• You have a basic knowledge of bike mechanics
