Bike Rental

A good bike is the key to fully enjoying a fantastic tour. That’s why, after several years of competing on racing circuits, the experienced guides of Etna Bike Tours have chosen top quality bikes for our tours. Powerful and reliable bikes, with the latest generation frame and geometry, which is suitable for every type of trail.
Our bikes are equipped with the best parts and components; hydraulic disc brakes, Yamaha motor, RockShox or Suntour suspensions with lock-out, tubeless wheelset and Sram or Shimano gearbox, to ensure that you enjoy a pleasant, comfortable and safe ride. In addition to the bike you will also be given a helmet and water bottle.
The bikes come with flat, on request we can offer Shimano SPD pedals (road or mtb) and Look pedals (road). There’s no problem if you want to use your own pedals, bring them along with you and we will mount them on the bikes before the tour.

Bikes are collected and returned by appointment at our head office in Milo, Corso Italia 11/a. On request we can also deliver bikes to your hotel.

Roberto from Etna Bike Tours took us on an exceptional half day E mountain bike tour of the forests and lava flows on Mt. Etna. He was patient and informative and an excellent guide. The bikes were awesome — fast and easy to use — and the ride was exciting and beautiful. The tour level says easy, but you’ll want to at least be a competent bike rider to enjoy this trip! 11/10 recommend.

Very nice guide! Great tour around to the woods and the lower parts of Etna. Our guide Arturo was very informative about the volcano and the nature surrounding. There are not enough words to express how fantastic our 8 day electric bike trip across Sicily. Etna Bike Tour's attention to detail, the accommodations they provided, the routes, the suggestions where to stop for breaks, snacks, lunches etc. all exceed our expectations. We were travelling in August which is high travel season for the Island. They successfully found destinations along the way that gave us the true Sicilian experience that were not overly busy which was wonderful. This was our first bike trip and I would suggestion this way to see Sicily to everyone and everyone.

Abbiamo fatto un tour in e-bike alla scoperta delle pendici dell’Etna nei giorni successivi all’eruzione ed è stata un’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La nostra guida, Manuela, è stata impeccabile: ha saputo farci scoprire i punti più belli e suggestivi, senza mai perdere di vista la necessità, in quei giorni particolari, di prestare la massima attenzione e prudenza. Nonostante le chiusure e le limitazioni previste dalle ordinanze locali, non si è mai persa d’animo e ha saputo organizzare un’escursione splendida e sicura. Durante il tour ci ha raccontato la storia dell’Etna e delle sue numerose eruzioni nel corso del tempo, arricchendo l’esperienza con spiegazioni interessanti e coinvolgenti. Il tutto rispettando sempre le nostre esigenze e adattandosi al nostro ritmo.Abbiamo attraversato una natura incontaminata, incontrando pochissimi turisti proprio a causa delle chiusure, e goduto di panorami mozzafiato, alternando momenti immersi nella natura a discese davvero adrenaliniche. Un’esperienza bellissima, resa ancora più speciale dalla professionalità, dalla passione e dalla disponibilità di Manuela. Ottima anche l’attrezzatura. Assolutamente consigliata!

I had great experience with them. Bike pick up was very smooth, they were very helpful. Bike's condition was fine, chain was oiled very good and fork smooth, just the handlebar grips could be thicker. Big plus is that they don't require deposit and you can rent bike just for 1 day.
